ABOUT THE EVENT
The leadership conclave is an exclusive event that has been thoughtfully designed as a platform for student leaders —Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors, Coordinators, and others — from various clubs and societies specializing in fields such as Economics, Business, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Consulting, Finance, and Investing.

The Conclave seeks to foster engaging dialogues, inspire impactful collaborations, and create meaningful connections among leaders who are shaping their communities and institutions.
Recognizing the vital role that student leaders play, this event strives to create an enriching space where leaders can share unique perspectives, exchange ideas, and inspire each other to explore new opportunities for growth and innovation.
It is also an excellent opportunity to build collaborations between colleges by sharing a combined platform where all student leaders get a chance to speak about the various projects and activities undertaken by their respective societies.
OUR MISSION
At AUES, we believe in cultivating enduring relationships grounded in mutual benefits and shared goals. It is with this ethos that we extend our warm invitation for our Leadership Conclave as a unique venture to connect the leaders of various colleges with one another. Our goal is to empower students to connect with peers across a student network that extends beyond the classroom. We believe peer connections enable students to strengthen their abilities through knowledge and skill sharing.
Conclave '24
The inaugural session of the Leadership Conclave was held on 4th February, 2024. The conclave saw participation from many prominent colleges across Delhi NCR. The 65+ delegates engaged in insightful dialogues and on-the-spot networking to facilitate long-term connections and collaborations.
Providing a platform to the leaderships of various clubs and societies functioning across different fields, the conclave was pivotal in creating an exclusive space for student leaders to network with people from diverse backgrounds and ignite new possibilities for knowledge-sharing and growth.
